100-Day Return Policy:

Opened Mattresses: You may request a return for an opened mattress anytime between 30 days and 100 days following delivery. We require a minimum trial of 30 nights to allow your body to adjust. Your return time-frame begins based on the delivery confirmation date. Only one return of any mattress per customer, household, and/or delivery address. Returns are valid on your first order only (even if you purchase a different mattress the second timeUnopened Mattresses: Return requests for unopened mattresses are accepted from the day of delivery until 30 days thereafter. Mattresses unopened 30 days post-delivery are deemed misused and will not qualify for returns or warranty claims. Foundations and Adjustable Bases: Do not include a trial period. Once purchased, they are not eligible for return or refund.

Pillows, Sheets, Protectors and Bundles Sold Seperately : Do not include a trial period

May be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in their original packaging. All opened items are not eligible for returns or refunds. Bundles must be returned in full and unopened to qualify for a refund, partial return of bundle components not permitted. Our team will send over a prepaid shipping label via email so you can return your product for a full refund. You are welcome to use any box or packaging available, as long as it is secure enough to be shipped in the FedEx/ UPS systems.

Promotional Items Included With Mattress Purchase:

If you wish to return your mattress, you may either keep, return, donate, or dispose of any promotional items or complimentary bundles that were received with your mattress purchase. The value of all promotional items included with your mattress purchase will not be deducted from the total value of the mattress return, regardless of the above option you choose to exercise. Due to the nature of our promotional products, we cannot physically receive opened and/or used products; however, if your promotional items are used and/or opened and you do not want them, you may donate or dispose of them at your preference and convenience. We currently accept returns of unopened promotional products at this time.

Refunds for bedding items are processed upon receipt and inspection.

Products shipped outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.
